Quickly assess the status of your email requests in your MazumaGo dashboard.
If you want to see whether your contact has received or seen your payment request, you can quickly check the status of your email through your MazumaGo dashboard.
Types of statuses:
This status is shown when your payment request email has been sent to your contact but has not yet been opened or paid.
This status represents a payment request email that has been opened and seen by your contact.
This status represents a payment request email that has not been received by your contact. To send the payment request successfully, copy the payment link and include it in a separate email sent to your contact.
To copy the payment link, click on the payment to open the payment details side panel. Then click the 'link' icon in the top right corner.
This status represents an email that has been blocked by the contact or their email provider. To successfully deliver the payment request, please ask your contact to add "email@example.com" to their contacts in their email account.
You will have to resend the payment request once they have done so. Alternatively, you can copy the payment link and send it to your contact in a separate email from your email provider.
To resend the request or copy the payment link, click on the payment to open the payment details side panel. Then click the 'mail' icon to resend the request, or the 'link' icon to copy the payment link.
Email marked as spam:
This status represents an email that was flagged as spam by your contact's email provider. Please notify your contact to check their spam folder for the payment request and to add "firstname.lastname@example.org" to their contacts in their email account.
This status represents an email that has not yet been marked as delivered to your contact. To update the status, please refresh the page or check back later for further details.
