Custom tags can help organize and group your contacts to suit your business needs.

How to add contacts and tags

Create custom tags and organize your contacts into groups that make sense for your business needs. Some tags are added by default, but you can edit and add as many additional tags as you like.

By default: 

  • Contacts you send money to will be tagged as supplier
  • Contacts you collect money from will be tagged as a customer

Adding contacts

Go to the 'Contacts' tab on the navigation menu at the top of the screen. Click '+ Contact' in the top right corner of the dashboard.

Fill in the contact information and add tags that will help you organize your contact list.

Click 'Add'.

Adding tags

Tags can be created and added to a contact profile when the contact is first added or any time after that from the contact details page. Click on the contact profile you want to add tags to and click 'Edit' in the tags section. Add tags and click 'Save' when you are finished.

Managing tags

View all tags by clicking the 'Contact Tags' button on your 'Settings' page. From this screen, you can search, edit, and delete tags.
