You are required to set up a universal security question for all new contacts receiving payments from your MazumaGo account.
How to enable a security question for new contacts
When you send a payment to a person for the first time, they require the answer to this security question before they can accept payment from you.
This is an extra security layer to protect you and ensure you are sending funds to the right person.
- To enable your security question, go to 'Settings' on the navigation menu at the top of the screen, then select 'Security' from the menu on the left.
- Click 'Enable' or 'Edit' and enter the desired security question and answer.
Remember that you will need to give the answer to this question to new contacts when you send them money for the first time.
- Click 'Save' when you have finished your edits. You can edit your security question and answer in your settings at any point.
