Verifying a bank account through micro-deposits
For security reasons, we are required to confirm ownership of a bank account through micro-deposits when you use the 'Manual Entry' option to add a bank account.
Once you complete the manual entry form, we will send 2 deposits between $0.01 and $0.99 to the account you added and they should arrive in your account within 1 business day. You will receive an email confirmation with a direct link to confirm the amounts on your dashboard. Once the deposits arrive in your account, simply follow the link in the email and enter the amounts of each deposit.
Once you've entered the correct amounts, your bank account will be approved and ready to make transactions.
Alternatively, you can confirm your micro-deposits through the Bank Accounts tab under Settings on your MazumaGo dashboard.
My micro-deposits failed
If the bank account verification failed, please double-check the bank account information you entered as there may be an incorrectly entered number.
You can view and edit the account information through the Bank Accounts tab under Settings on your MazumaGo dashboard.
If your account information is correct, the issue might be that your bank account is not eligible for EFT payments. In this case, please remove the account and try a different one.

I haven't received my micro-deposits yet
Micro-deposits can take up to two business days to post to your bank account. If you haven't received your micro-deposits after two business days please contact support.
