Enabling a security question

How to enable a security question for new suppliers

You are required to set up a universal security question for all new suppliers on your MazumaGo account.
When you add a new supplier to your contacts or send a payment to a person for the first time, they require the answer to this security question set up by you. 

This is an extra security layer to protect you and ensure you are sending funds to the right person. 

1. To enable your security question, go to ' Settings' on the left-hand navigation and select 'Security'

2. Click 'Enable' or 'Edit' and enter the desired security question and answer. 
Remember that you will need to give the answer to this question to new suppliers when you send them funds for the first time.

3. Click ' Save'. You can edit your security question and answer in your settings at any point.
