How can I add a second bank account for my supplier?

Adding multiple bank accounts for the same supplier

Often times, your suppliers want payments deposited into different bank accounts. In this case, you can simply invite them to add another bank account under the same contact - no need to set-up a new supplier. 

Here's how:

  1. Click the ‘Contacts’ tab on the left-hand side of your dashboard

  2. Click on the  supplier entry you want to invite to add another bank account

  3. Click 'Invite to add another bank account' and your supplier will receive an email invitation to add another bank account.

  4. You will be notified once they accept the invite and authorize the new account.
